Benjamin Olowojebutu

Dr Benjamin is a  graduate of the prestigious College of Medicine University of Lagos. He is a detailed physician with postgraduate training in family medicine from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria with special interest in maternal and child health as well as an alumnus of the Healthcare Executive Leadership Programme (HELP)from the HLA.

He is a skilled surgeon with over 12 years experience who has worked successfully in several communities in West Africa. Under his Foundation- Benjamin Olowojebutu Foundation (BOF), over 2000 free surgeries has been performed in 12 states in Nigeria for folks suffering from Fibroids Hernias Lipomas and Breast lumps. He is the Executive Director and Lead Surgeon of the BOF Love team. He has very great communication skills passionate about improving access to quality health in Africa. Love and Compassion is the core of his life and practice.

He is a licensed member of the Medical and Dental Council Of Nigeria (MDCN), Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Association of Rural Surgeons of Nigeria (ARSON) and Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Dr. Benjamin is the current Alumni President of the Healthcare Leadership Academy.

Dr. Iyabo Kudayah

Dr. Iyabo Kudayah MBBS, FMCPaed is a Consultant Paediatrician and Medical Director of Lifeline Children’s Hospital. Her career over the past 40years has spanned both the public sector and lately the private sector. In the past 27years, she along with 2 other founding paediatricians have run a paediatric hospital-Lifeline Children’s Hospital. She graduated from the University of Ibadan and she is a fellow of the post graduate Medical College in Paediatrics.

She has been the recipient of several prizes and awards. She is also an alumna of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University as well as the Healthcare Leadership Academy.

Dr. Kudayah is passionate about Quality Improvement in Healthcare and has been trained on Quality in Healthcare and Infection Prevention and Control. She has driven several Infection Prevention and Control programmes at Lifeline Children’s Hospital as well as continuous Quality Improvement Programmes with documented results. She has now positioned Lifeline Children’s Hospital to take the issue of Quality Healthcare to some Primary Healthcare Centers in Lagos State. She has taken on the mantle of making sure that Lifeline Children’s Hospital achieves certification and also international accreditation within the next few years.

Dr. Kudayah continues her quest for continuous education and lifelong learning. She is currently a fellow of the Paediatric Endocrinology Training Center for West Africa. She continues to mentor healthcare practitioners in the field of paediatrics and now also on Quality in Healthcare.





Dr Adewole Adebajo

Dr Adebajo is a General Medical practitioner  with experience in numerous medical specialties e.g Trauma Medicine, Emergency Medicine, laboratory Medicine, for over 22 years. He is a graduate of University College Hospital Ibadan.

He is also an alumni of HLA's  (Healthcare Leadership Academy ) HELP program and has attended numerous trainings namely Healthcare Executive Leadership Programme, Leadership and Management in Health (University of Washington) Financial Management (Lagos Business School) to mention a few.

He is also a respected Health, Safety and Environmental Management expert.

Dr. Maryrose Osazuwa

Dr. Maryrose Osazuwa is a Senior Consultant Anaesthetist at the National Hospital Abuja, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (Faculty of Anaesthesia) and is a trained Paediatric Anaesthetist.
Dr. Osazuwa is currently the Head, Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, National Hospital Abuja where her responsibilities include clinical work and training of resident doctors and Anaesthesia technicians.
She is also a member of her hospital’s COVID-19 task force, which was responsible for preparing the hospital for the pandemic.

Dr. Osazuwa has co-authored several publications and has been a member of the Editorial Board of the peer-reviewed journal, Archives of Nigerian Medicine and Medical Sciences since 2017.
She is also a member of the Global Initiative for Children’s Surgery (GICS), the Society for Airway Management and the Nigerian Society of Anaesthetists.

Topmost on her list of career goals is to improve the practice of anaesthesia especially paediatric anaesthesia in her country, Nigeria and to help make anaesthesia and surgery more accessible especially for the poor and disadvantaged.
She has won several awards in the course of her professional career including the Famewo Memorial Prize and Ffoulkes-Crabbe Prize from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (2010), the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists WFSA-Baxter award (2016) and the American Society of Anesthesiologists Global Scholar award (2018), amongst others.

Dr. Adebanjo Ademola

Dr. Adebanjo Ademola Oyeyemi is a highly dynamic and successful healthcare professional with hands-on health services experience. He is the Director, Health Services at Covenant University where he efficiently trains clinical and non-clinical personnel while meeting policy and regional requirements. 

Dr. Adebanjo is adept at conducting medical evaluations and has the proven ability to deliver an exemplary level of healthcare service delivery to patients.

As a healthcare administrator, he is skilled in strategic, economic and day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative management functions. Committed to consistent improvement, Dr. Adebanjo creates clear and practical standardized procedures for both basic and advanced tasks and also spends time planning and implementing strategies for developing improved health care management. He is a proven problem solver and excellent communicator with superb understanding of data collection and performance metrics.
