Dr. Sade Olufemi-Ayoola has a rich and diverse work background spanning financial services, consulting, and academia. At the HLA, she works to help healthcare professionals become more effective performers, visionaries, collaborators, and strategic thinkers through the design and delivery of Leadership and Management programs that address their context across all cadres– whether in the public or healthcare sector.
She is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Global Leadership Assessment Practitioner, a John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Certified Coach, a member of the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society and The American Institute of Stress. She holds an MBA degree from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, as well as a PhD in Management from the same institution.
