Mamsallah is a practising family medicine physician whose current portfolio spans clinical practice, medical education and health policy. She is the clinical director of Primary Care International, a social enterprise that focuses on strengthening primary care worldwide.
She previously worked as a GP Principal in the UK providing primary healthcare to a multicultural population in inner-city London. She then relocated to South Africa in 2008 where she pursued dual interests in infectious diseases and medical education.
As a faculty presenter for the Medical Protection Society Education Services, she delivered workshops nationwide on risk management and communication in medical practice.
